NO
With runner(s) on base, a pitch gets past the catcher for a passed ball. All runners advance 1 base and play resumes with the same batter at the plate. Note: When using BK/WP/PB rules, refer to the super advanced rules found in the instructions for procedure to determine if a PB occurs! If a passed ball does not occur, the batter pops out to the catcher.
RP
With runner(s) on, the pitch gets past the catcher for a passed ball. A runner on third holds. Other runners advance if the next base is not occupied.
With no runner on, the batter swings at a pitch that gets passed the catcher on a 2.2 count. The batter beats the throw from the catcher to first. Credit the catcher with a passed ball and the pitcher and batter with a strikeout.
E1
The batter hits a squib out in front of the plate that the catcher can't handle. 1 base error, runners advance 1 base.
E2
The catcher grabs a squib out in front of the plate and throws the ball over the first baseman's head. The batter goes to second, and all runners score.
